• Relationships matter. I'm in it for the long haul with people.  So it's not ok for me to be a dick.
• Do meaningful work. I'm here to move the needle. This helps me clarify how to spend my time.
• I want to be my most authentic self.  I own who I am- the good and the bad.
• It's about finding joy, and this should change the way I live.
